Leading Telecommunications Provider in Ecuador Selects ViryaNet's Mobile Workforce Management Solution

ViryaNet Limited (VRYAF), a leading provider of software solutions that optimize the planning, execution, and monitoring of service processes for mobile workforces, announced today that a leading telecommunications provider in Ecuador has selected ViryaNet's (News - Alert) mobile workforce management solution - ViryaNet G4.

ViryaNet G4 is integrated with Amdocs (News - Alert) CM (Customer Management) solutions currently being deployed in order to create optimized assignments plans, provide real-time communication to and from the mobile workforce, allow field technicians to send and receive case details, and provide status updates via ViryaNet G4 to the Amdocs CM solution.

With the largest fiber optic network in Ecuador, this telecommunications provider achieves high capacity, high quality and efficiency for its customers, and has about 90% of Ecuador's fixed telecom main lines, 90% of the digital subscriber market, and 54% of the fixed broadband market.

The implementation of ViryaNet G4 will enable increased efficiency of scheduling and dispatch operations for approximately 500 crews, improve workforce management and execution through a mobile-enabled system, as well as maintain and leverage existing system functionality and system assets.
