CAKE Provides Real Time Marketing Insights

By Alicia Young September 01, 2016

As marketers, you know that the easiest customers to market to are happy ones. One of the key ways to ensure that your company is keeping customers happy is to make sure that they are receiving the best possible customer service. Consumer happiness is the one sure-fire way to ensure that you attract and retain customers. That’s why App Retail Media, a mobile advertising technology provider, has decided to use CAKE’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution to track and analyze more than 2 billion customer actions in real time.

App Retail Media is a mobile advertising technology provider that creates and manages omni-mobile advertising campaigns by utilizing custom content and proprietary monetization methods to connect mobile owners, brands and end users. Their main goal is to drive long-term retention rates post-install. By pairing with CAKE, who provides a cloud-based solution to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing return on investment, they hope to make intelligent marketing decisions based on the solution’s real time findings.

Previously, App Retail Media used HasOffers to keep track of this information, but made the recent change to CAKE because of its superior client service and support. CAKE’s platform also has powerful scalability, flexibility and accuracy. Thanks to the move to this new solution, they will be able to analyze accurate data and gain real time insights into customer experience. It will monitor more than 2 billion clicks related to its vast network of social media influencers, direct mobile app developers and access to exclusive mobile inventory. In doing so, they hope to improve the company as a whole and consequently fuel its rapid expansion.

“As our volume of data continues to grow, tracking and analytics are becoming more critical for us to make strategic decisions,” said Faizan Kasbati, CEO at App Retail Media. “After using another solution, HasOffers, I fully understand and appreciate how CAKE enables us with the advantages of a powerful and reliable tracking platform. We now possess a strong sense of confidence that we can achieve an even higher level of efficiency and productivity. For example with CAKE, we can easily and accurately manage affiliates, track high volumes of traffic and structure payments. I am extremely excited to be part of the growing CAKE family.”

Santi Pierini, CAKE President and Chief Operating Officer at Accelerize Inc., also showed enthusiasm over the two companies coming together by saying, “Mobile advertising is a quickly growing industry, where tracking and data analytics are key components to fuel expansion for companies such as App Retail Media.” The COO continued on to say, “Time and again we're pleased to provide value for our clients as they continue on the fast track to growth and success. We are looking forward to a long-term partnership with App Retail Media as they drive installs at scale, creating immediate impact and ROI for its worldwide client base.”
