Sencha Architect 2 is a new app building program that allows programmers an unencumbered, deep, intuitive and visual interface when necessary, in addition to important new support features for multi-user collaboration.

Ext Designer was a design tool for HTML5 specializing in Web coding applications. According BetaNews writer Tim Conneally, Sencha dropped the word "designer" from the product’s name because the software does so much more than "design" in its newest incarnation.

Architect 2 accommodates collaboration and exchange among a large team of designers, allowing them to produce code in accordance with best practices. Holger Schäfer, senior partner at a UNIORG Solutions GmbH, says Sencha Architect 2 cuts down on development time by as much as 70 percent on some projects.

Later, he explains the program makes it easy to "remove the back panel" on applications during various phases in order to explain to clients, step-by-step, how everything works. For the same reason, Sencha Architect 2 makes an excellent teaching tool for working with and teaches novice programmers.

The new release also fleshed the program’s “Toolbox” feature in order to make the process of preparing code for Ext JS 4 and Sencha 2 more convenient. Additionally, a native JavaScript editor allows programmers to work directly on JS code without the irritation of constantly switching back and forth to another, external code editing program.

When Sencha put Architect 2 together, they took fun factor and usability seriously as their highest priorities. Not only will the program work immediately of the box, but it makes it impossible for users to arrange its components in a way that breaks with the necessary framework. Integrating a number of drag and drop features, Architect 2 provides everything a programmer needs, soup-to-nuts, in order to finish out a project.

For $399, customers can get a hold of Sencha Architect 2 for Mac today.
