MicroCorp Partners will now be able to manage its customers’ networks like never before, due to its new TotalCare365 tool. Thanks to an exclusive agreement with Contingent, the company can now offer a managed service that lets partners manage the networks they sell, taking their control and expertise to a new level.

TotalCare365 is being rolled out in phases, starting with managed WAN and LAN. Following that, managed cloud will soon be available. It comes with pre-installation services such as network design and engineering, along with post-installation services, such as proactive monitoring and diagnostics.

With TotalCare365, managed services can become even more steamlined, providing a new level of control. That way, customers can continue going about their vital projects without having to worry about their networks and instead leave them in capable hands.

This new was released shortly after MicroCorp partnered with TDMobility, in which its carrier services platform were added to TDMobility’s offering in the United States. The company has been doing quite well for itself lately, having been selected by Channel Partners Magazine as one of the Top 50 Channel Programs for the sixth year running. It has proven itself to its channel partners time and time again, who will now be able to benefit even further by leveraging TotalCare365.

“Don’t just sell the network, manage it,” said Brad Miehl, president and CEO of MicroCorp in a statement. “We need to go further. Our relevancy is being challenged. That’s why they created TotalCare365, as it enables you to retain the customer.”

TotalCare365 is an interesting idea and provides services that make management easy and effective. How well it works with managed WAN and LAN will be an interesting test, but when the managed cloud services become available we’ll see just how much it can help.

Agents will be able to purchase the solution in the first quarter of 2013.
