First International Computer unveils next generation Windows 7 tablet


Dec 09, 2011 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- First International Computer, Inc, which designs and produces electronic devices, has unveiled its next generation Windows 7 tablet, Tycoon+ TKE00.

The new tablet announced by FIC is configured with the latest IntelR Atom Z670 processor, codenamed Oak Trail, to bring an enhanced platform and longer battery life for optimized performance. Equipped with a 10-inch wide multi-touch display, 32GB SSD, 2GB DDR2 system memory and a 2 mega-pixel webcam, the FIC's Tycoon+ TKE00 is designed specifically for the business users on-the-go.



Tycoon+ TKE00 is designed to meet the mobility and productivity. Weighing at 850g in the small package and capable of running full WindowsR 7, the Tycoon+ TKE00 gives users no compromise on value and performance.

According to the company, the Tycoon+ TKE00 is built for the professionals who need commercial applications and business presentation at anywhere. The Tycoon+ TKE00 uses the new Intel Oak Trail processor and is endowed with everything the users need at work, as well as a full wireless connectivity support, 3.5G, 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth. The extended battery life also could provide users a better power management in the important task on the road.


"What can a tablet do after finishing your entire work every day?" says Andy Lo, the marketing director at FIC. "After the work, it can be your multimedia center which offers music, video, e-book reading, and social networking, anything you'd like to do for fun." Tycoon+ TKE00 includes a 32GB SSD internal storage and two USB port for expandable application that make the tablet more plenty of space to enrich the multimedia enjoyment.
