ZCorum to Feature TechVizion Mobile Diagnostics at ACA Annual SummitWashington, DC, Mar 13, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Representatives from over sixty independent cable operators are gathering in Washington, DC this week for the annual American Cable Association (ACA) Summit to catch up on some political business as well as some new technologies. In addition to scheduled meetings on "the hill" with lawmakers, operators will have time to meet with vendors in "the hall" during the association's annual trade show. One of those vendors, ZCorum, will be demonstrating their cable modem and CMTS diagnostics solutions, including a unique mobile app called TechVizion. "The ACA Summit has been a great place for us to get in front of leaders in the independent cable industry," said Arthur Skinner, Vice President of Sales at ZCorum. "I'm looking forward to showing off TechVizion. We're the only diagnostic solution that has a mobile app that displays detailed information such as charts showing a modem's readings over the last 24 hours, and quality scores for a subscriber's last ten VoIP calls." TechVizion is the mobile app component for TruVizion, ZCorum's web-based cable modem and CMTS diagnostics application. Skinner plans on allowing operators to take a demo of the app with them. "I'll be giving ACA members a login and password for TechVizion so they can see exactly how the app works right on their own mobile device." According to Skinner, TechVizion is compatible with the iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, as well as the Kindle Fire. In addition to getting a login and password to try TechVizion, Skinner said those who stop by the ZCorum booth can register to win a Kindle Fire. ZCorum will be in booth # 33. Exhibit hours at ACA are on Wednesday, March 14th at the Grand Hyatt from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and 4:15 to 6:15 p.m. On Thursday, members will spend the day on Capitol Hill to meet with key Congressional members and policy makers.
