ViryaNet Launches New User Experience for Mobile Field Application
WESTBOROUGH, Mass. --(Business Wire)--
ViryaNet
Limited (OTCQB: VRYAF), a leading provider of software solutions that
optimize the planning, execution, and monitoring of service processes
for mobile workforces, announced today a new user experience launched
for the ViryaNet
G4 mobile field application.
ViryaNet (News - Alert) G4 enables processing of work, and bidirectional communication
between the field and a dispatch center, via an intelligent mobile
application, ensuring that field service workers remain efficient and
productive throughout the day.
Providing a simple and rich user experience that is easier to learn,
more efficient to use, and enhances the existing functionality of the
mobile field application, so that - online or offline - field service
workers can understand what work is required, review routes and reach
work sites, and access site and product history information. In
addition, work progress, expenses, parts usage, and timesheets can be
reported from the field.
For more than 10 years, ViryaNet has been committed to device-agnostic
mobility solutions through its HTML-based application. Adopting the
HTML5 standard - including new form types, CSS3, geolocation, open
source libraries, responsive web design, and progressive enhancement -
is a logical next step and contributes to an advanced user experience.
"This new user experience for the mobile field application is the latest
in a long line of innovations for ViryaNet," stated Aviram Hinenzon,
Vice President, Marketing, ViryaNet, "We continue to make progress in
evolving our solution, bringing the best of both worlds to our
customers: the power of ViryaNet's platform and the simplicity of the
user experience."
