Vodafone Group acquires additional 36% stake in Invitation DigitalJun 06, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Vodafone Group Plc, a provider of mobile telecom services, has acquired an additional 36% stake in Invitation Digital Limited (IDL), the parent of mobile coupon provider Vouchercloud. Both the companies are based in the UK. Pursuant to the transaction, Vodafone has increased its stake from 21% to 57% in IDL. Earlier in May 2011, Vodafone had acquired 21% stake in IDL.
