As part of the AudioCodes strategic alignment with Genesys around all-IP contact centers, AudioCodes is now offering its line of E-SBCs that is based on the Mediant hybrid platform. This platform enables users to pace migration from TDM to IP, to phase project costs and to mitigate concerns and risks by supporting a hybrid TDM/IP connectivity mode on the same device.
