Circadence, a provider of WAN and network optimization solutions for commercial, healthcare and government customers has just be issued its 22nd United States patent.
This is a significant development for Circadence as cloud and mobile adoption rates continue to dramatically increase in the industry and getting essential information from point A to point B in a reliable and secure manner is IT's most critical challenge.
The US patent number is 8,065,399 and focuses on testing network processes to detect and highlight potential performance issues. The “Automated Network Infrastructure Test and Diagnostic System and Method Thereof" patent issued to the company gives network managers the ability to perform multiple tests in multiple environments to properly evaluate WAN optimization across an entire network.
Based on more than ten years of intellectual property and 22 patents, the company has one of the most extensive WAN optimization portfolios including the company's patented Transport Morphing Protocol (TMP), which is built into the Circadence MVO solution.
"This latest patent demonstrates Circadence's commitment to providing organizations with the proof points necessary to determine how a network will perform, with or without WAN and network optimization," said Mike Moniz, CEO of Circadence, in a statement.
"The technology which enables controlled WAN simulations, is critical to any organizations' strategy for implementing cloud, mobile and bring your own device in the enterprise," Moniz added.
Circadence will enforce the protection of its patents to the full extent of the law against
companies that practice any of the patent claims.
Most sensitive organizations around the world use Circadence MVO WAN optimization solutions due to the fact that the company's technology is designed to ensure efficient, secure delivery of electronic content.
Recently, Circadence announced the expansion of the Circadence Spark Partner Program, part of its value added reseller (VAR) network. Currently, the program provides VARS with the ability to offer WAN optimization solutions that support the speed of large data and image transfers without losing mandated security.
